Profile - Should have an in depth knowledge in application development on php and open Source technologies. Should have excellent logical and analytical skills. Ability to follow proven Software development process and lead a team of programmers with system design directions, international coding standards and documentation will be required. Good communication skills are a must.

Qualification - B.Tech or M.C.A or equivalent degree

Experience - 3 to 5 years , out of which at least one year in a lead programmer position in any reputed company.

Profile : The quality specialist will be required to perform quality audit on the eLearning courseware materials, multimedia presentations, CBTs and web sites. The candidates should have an excellent eye for details. Knowledge on quality processes will be an added advantage.
