S.Shivkumar, Managing Director, is a multimedia and learning solutions expert with more than 21 years of experience. He is a Mechanical Engineer from PSG College of Technology with a Postgraduate Degree from IIT Bombay. He has worked with TELCO and TVS Whirlpool for about 7 years. He was also a Promoter-CEO of a multimedia and animation company at Coimbatore before promoting Axis-V.

K.Pandiarajan, Director, is one of the well known Business Leaders of India. He is the Promoter and Managing Director of Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited, the largest HR consultancy company in India and a part of Vedior - World’s 3rd largest contract staffing company. Mr.Pandiarajan is an Electronic Engineer from PSG College of Technology with a Postgraduate Management Degree from XLRI. He is an Eisenhover scholar & a fellow of Sumedhas, the academy of Human Context.

Appachi Subramanian, Director, is an expert in IT services Marketing with more than 22 years of experience. Currently Mr.Subramanian heads an IT investment company by name Chankaya. He is an Electronics Engineer from PSG College of Technology with a Postgraduate Management Degree from XLRI. He is an NRI, based at Australia.
